IED

“A minimalist commentary on the dangers of overseas deployment. It’s designed as an approachable game to raise awareness of the unpredictable tragedies that IEDs (Improvised Explosive Device) can deliver.

The game puts you in the boots of a soldier stationed overseas. Follow your compass through a randomly generated minefield of IEDs to return to camp.”

Splish

developed by CloudPop Games

[gfycat data_id="PerkyUnnaturalIcefish"][gfycat data_id="NegligibleAntiqueFirebelliedtoad"][gfycat data_id="UnpleasantAcidicBallpython"][gfycat data_id="ZanySleepyCod"]

A puzzle platformer inspired by Splatoon.    It reminds me a lot of the mechanics of Unfinished Swan (probably because I just finished it), which seems like a really neat idea for a platformer.

It’s still early in development for PC, and the art is far from final.  CloudPop Games also made Layers and Drop, which you can see here.
