“Mold an amorphous organism into any shape by pruning its cells. New cells will immediately grow, allowing you to traverse a mysterious world across brain-twisting obstacles, overcome swarms of bizarre mutated creatures, and understand the true nature of the devastation from which you emerged.”
A class based multiplayer FPS in development for PC, Mac, and Linux. It’s currenlty on Steam Early Access with mostly positive reviews, though at the moment seems to be suffering from low server population. It’s being developed in Unreal Engine 4.

The game combines economy simulation with tactical combat missions; you survive bycrafting equipment, defending your base and sending teams to scavenge for supplies.

It recently released for Windows and Mac, and the Steam reviews are really positive, check it out below. I made a simple post about it 6 months ago, nice to see it releasing. :)
Maybe Rocket League isn’t the only thing taking up all my time. Soon over though. :( I’ll still be waiting for reviews, but I definitely had a lot of fun.
“A futuristic Sports-Action game, Rocket League, equips players with booster-rigged vehicles that can be crashed into balls for incredible goals or epic saves across multiple, highly-detailed arenas. Using an advanced physics system to simulate realistic interactions,Rocket League relies on mass and momentum to give players a complete sense of intuitive control in this unbelievable, high-octane re-imagining of association football.”
I’ve been playing so much of this I thought I would make a post about it; it’s really been sucking up most of my time. It’s so infuriatingly joyously frustrating. I’ve reached the point where I know what I’m supposed to do, but actually executing it usually fails miserably. In the clip below I had just learned how to back flip, and thought it would be a great idea to use this super fancy skill to save the ball from going into the goal. I’m not sure how I thought that was going to happen. Ah well. >.<
“An exploration-puzzle game that imagines a universe with a different set of physical laws.
“Set in an Escher-esque world filled with secrets and mysteries, you utilize a unique gravity-manipulation mechanic to turn walls into floors. Learn to see the world through whole new perspectives as you navigate mindboggling architecture and solve seemingly impossible puzzles.”
Currently in development for PC, Mac, Linux, & PS4, it’s recently gone through a name change (formerly Relativity). The developer has been experimenting with glitch art, which I thought was really cool. You can see some examples below, or check out 100 wallpapers on the website. You’ll be able to make your own in the game in photography mode which allows you to change the shaders and art style.
The gameplay gifs were made using an older gameplay video on the Playstation blog from E3, things have improved since then, and will improve a lot more by release. :)
